Ok, When I first started off in the Aether 2 Iimmediately started mining, and all those things that anyone else would do, but I made my 1st house a cave. every time I got back into that cave, it seems like there are random chunks of the wall (holystone) turning into icestone. Its even happening to the bridges I made to different islands. There are always new chunks of icestone any time I go back somewhere. Help!

That's... a weird bug. I never heard about it nor seen it happen to anyone. Are you sure those blocks weren't there before?
Would it be possible for you to create a new copy of your Aether II Alpha Game (And by that, I mean save your current folder somewhere and re-install the game, then create a new map) and see if this is happening in other worlds aswell? It may be a bug related to problems during the installation of your game. (Holystone files keep getting replaced by Icestone ones, then switched back again, maybe?)
Also, are you playing with the 1.5.2 or the 1.5.1 version?
