Man the aether is a great mod, but i think there should be some new stuff, what do you guys think?
Hi, I had an Idea, but it might not work, just seeing if they might work.
1. In the Aether there are clouds that can move you about and push you, but there's only one colour of zephyr, so you could have the different colour of zephyrs, blue maybe doing the blowy thing that they do now, purple maybe trying to blow you over the edge instead of blowing you up, maybe green could blow you and make you go fast in that direction as if you're on quicksoil when he's blowing you to confuse you, white could blow you in any direction with no effects and not as strong as the others, then gold might try and push in a diagonal down direction as to try and give you fall damage down a cliff or fall off again but with different strategies, then stormcloud could be the current black zephyr that gives you blue fire frostbite.
This is just an idea and it might make them too OP.
One last thought that maybe they could spawn near their respective cloud colour and they are always linked to that cloud and never drift too far away from it as if it was their nest and that when you try and harvest their clouds blocks they come and attack you.

what i always thought was: Quicksoil is the exact oppostie of Soul Sand, so there should be a boss that can be summoned by using Quicksoil and another head item that would be the opposite of the Wither. The Dragon mounts mod has Nether Dragons and Aether Dragons, so maybe neutral Aether Dragons in the Aether, unless you attack them or get close to their nest, and hostile Nether Dragons in the Nether, with a fire breath attack and both have 60 health, a biting attack, and a clawing attack. Aether Dragons would have a whirlwind attack.
Also add more food like lemon trees and lime trees, since we already have orange trees. also maybe an Aether Enchanting table, made with a book, two continium orbs, and four zanite blocks. some enchantments would be Lightning Protection (for those annoying tempests), Poison Protection (for those cockatrices), Stead Fast (makes it so you don't get launched by Quicksoil for just landing on it), and Unswaying (makes it so you don't get blown as far by Zephyrs). Just my ideas
Building on 184.108.40.206's idea, what if there were Storm Giant NPCs that lived at the top of tower-shaped Storm Dungeons? They'd be neutral, and you could engage them in duels, like Aerbears, and when you deplete their health in the duel they wouldn't die, it would just end the duel. After you defeat one, you gain its respect and the ability to trade with it for rare items using the Aether coins.
The lower levels of the towers could house lightning-based enemies, akin to Tempests. Maybe Lightning Elementals. They look similar to Endermen, being super tall and spindly, but are light blue in color and can move faster than most mobs. When you kill them, they drop 1-3 Lightning Knives.
Feel free to make suggestions.
And for the Quicksoil boss idea, you could use a mob head (i'll get back to you on the type) on a Wither summon config of Quicksoil to summon a boss called a Nephilim.
I have an idea. Maybe add in floating lake islands, which could have their own special mobs for them. For example, there could be an aether crocodile, that leaps out of the water and tries to grab you. There coukd maybe be a dungeon for that island type. Also, maybe make a function for Aerwhales, such as making a way for them to be ridden or something.

He's the greatest blacksmith in all of the three dimensions.
He has forged the greatest weapons of all time (Like lightning sword, flaming sword, E.T.C)
Well... it could be a pretty cool boss, and I can't finish this storyline could you help me?
He could be the one who forged all armor and weapons?
