Thank you! I hope you didn't mind me overtaking as the wiki-owner, seeing as how I was the only active admin for the past several months and was responsible for bringing the pages to a clean shared format.

The replacement wiki is now up, the gamepedia staff are just running page scraping/setup (they're busy, as you might know), so it might be a day or two before the wiki is fully functional.

Gamepedia is currently helping us with the move. They will let us know when it is done.

No, both Wikia and Gamepedia use MediaWiki as their page markup format, so all of the pages are hopefully transferable, provided we copy/paste the templates to the same Gamepedia namespaces.

The wiki is currently planned to make a possible move to Gamepedia. A couple of users have discussed this on the Discord server and the developers are aware of the suggestion.
Until then, I will try to keep up with indev updates.

So, I presume you only have the following?
- Minecraft Coder Pack
- Forge Mod Loader
- Minecraft Forge
- Threaded Lighting
- Gilded Games Utility
- Aether II
I would suggest (but not before possibly making a backup) is to completely wipe your .minecraft folder, have Minecraft redownload it's files and then do a fresh install of the Aether II using the instructions in the beginning of this page:

Depending on where your base is located, you either have to manually record the co-ords of where your base is (before you know, falling off and stuff) or use a Compass in the Aether, as long as your base is located close to your Aether world's original spawn point, as Compasses function proper in The Aether II from what I tested for a short bit.
Your last ditch effort is to either setup shop in a new location (for now) or try to wander back and find it, hopefully.
