Aerwhales are peaceful, whale-like creatures found in the Aether. These gentle creatures drift through the skies, forever swimming through paradise.

Aerwhales spawn far below or above island surfaces, typically unseen by players but can be found flying around under the bottom of islands or above them high in the sky.

Aerwhales behave as they did before, and generally fly around aimlessly but occasionally make bellowing whale calls. Aerwhales are not immune to fire and will make loud deep bellowing cries when taking damage.
