Ambrosium Ore is an abundant mineral block found in the Aether, and drops Ambrosium Shards when mined.

Obtaining

Ambrosium Ore requires a Silk Touch enchanted pickaxe or Gravitite Pickaxe to be obtained, in which when mined, it will drop itself. If mined without a Silk Touch pickaxe, it will instead drop Ambrosium Shards.

Natural generation

When new chunks are generated in the Aether, some Holystone may become Ambrosium Ore. It is nearly abundant on almost all maps and can be found at any height, whether in high mountains or in the undersides of islands. It is comparably, slightly more common than iron in the Overworld.
