Obtaining
Wrapping Paper is primarily crafted, and any kind of dye can be used to craft them. One can craft Wrapping Paper with any dye on top which is the color for the bow, one paper below the dye, and the second dye below the paper which is the color of the box.

It allows one to wrap one item of their choosing into a present. Wrapping Paper will take on the color of the dye used to make it.
One can use any color they want to create the wrapping paper, which uses two colors for the bow and the box. One can wrap items into presents by surrounding one item with wrapping paper.
